I recently dreamt of cake and a party. I tried to shake off the feeling but it refused to let go. I just felt in my heart that a celebration was coming and soon.
I got a beautiful news later that day about someone getting married. That's where the cake was coming from 😄

CONFESSION
This is the best time to confess it seems. Yes, I should probably confess that I have over 30 books on my TBR list (To Be Read) and I can't seem to stop myself from getting more books. Or even turn down other writer friends who ask for a proofread or Beta Read. At this rate, I will need to hire someone to read to me.
Yes, I know that audiobooks exist and I have an app I am registered to for that service but when non Africans read books written by Africans it feels off.
One day, it will get better abi?
