Have you ever really wondered why we act the way we do? Why humans seem nice one minute and then the niceness rolls off like a wet rag? I think of it.
Every time I sit at my desk, ready to begin another crazy book project, I become aware. I note that there beneath my beauty and smile, it's there like a caged animal. Nameless, roaming, wishing it could be unleashed.
You may have felt it too, the feeling that one day you'll blow your cover and the darker parts of you will find the light. Or you may be perfect.
When I come face to face with this side of me, I reminded of love. Love that conquers all. Humanity in the littlest of things
I hold on to it. I hold, that love will keep back the darkness and save me from me.
