How is your May going?
Did you know we have lots of holidays and special days in May?
My favourite holiday used to be Children's day. I would bad mouth my Ma to give me a gift. Now, every kid I know is gearing up to call me.
One kid said to me on the 1st of May: Aunty Abas, start preparing my gift o. I want that big boot with light. You see why I want May 27 scrapped now? They are billing me 😂

I read another poem for Stripes Literary Magazine. I don't know if I am getting good at this camera thing but I am not backing down.
